Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your order if it has not yet shipped.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy (outlined below) in order to receive a refund.

Returns:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
  • All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
  • Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
  • If your order was paid for with a gift card, the refund will be issued in the form of a new gift card.
  • Any shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us to confirm availability.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and any additional shipping costs for the new item.
